Day 1

Pick-up from Airport /Railway Station at Siliguri – Transfer to Animaa Yoga Wellness Retreat at Manabari, Dooars. Welcome with herbal drinks and then proceed for vegeterian satvik lunch. Engage in a restorative yoga session in the evening to get out of your travel tiredness. Enjoy a cup of herbal tea and healthy snacks. Relish a satvik dinner before retiring for the night.

Day 2

Start your day with a Yoga and meditation session and then enjoy a glass of herbal juice / tea. A mud pack session would follow after that. Rest for a while before headingfor your satvik breakfast. Enjoy a tour of the organic farms in the retreat or a village tour. Refresh yourself after the tour with a glass of fruit juice or fruits. Rest for a while before your satvik lunch. Post lunch, engage in an peronalized healing consultaion with inhouse wellness expert Dr. Suganya. Followed by a ‘Sharing Circle’ session in the evening ( around a bonfire during winter ) and relish evening herbal tea and healthy snacks. Relax for the rest of the evening and enjoy your statvik dinner.

Day 3

Start your day with a Yoga and meditation session and then enjoy a glass of herbal juice / tea. A mud pack session would follow after that. Rest for a while before headingfor your satvik breakfast. Enjoy a mud bath session. Relax for the day after a fresh fruit juice or some fruits before heading for your satvik lunch. This is followed by a short drive and then an exclusive guided hike by the riverside to engage yourself with the water elements and feel the healing powers of the forest (Shinrin Yoku practice). Relax for the rest of the evening after your herbal tea and healthy snacks. Satvik dinner at the retreat.

Day 4

Start your day with a Yoga and meditation session and then enjoy a glass of herbal juice / tea. A mud pack session would follow after that. Rest for a while before headingfor your satvik breakfast. Post breakfast head for a day out at a homestay at an atltitude of 4000 – 4500 ft, where you would be served a home cooked organic vegeterian lunch. Followed by a visit to a Monastery and a meditation session on a cliff top. Return to the retreat in the evening. Relax and enjoy your satvik dinner.

Day 5

Start your day with a Yoga and meditation session and then enjoy a glass of herbal juice / tea. A mud pack session would follow after that. Rest for a while before headingfor your satvik breakfast. After breakfast, relax with a personalized ayurvedic massage and steam bath as per individual rejuvination requirement. Relish your satvik lunch and engage in an advanced pranaic breathing technique session and an advanced meditative session in the evening. Participate in a final ‘Sharing Session’ to open up for mental wellbeing and consultation. Relish your satvik dinner.

Day 6

Checkout after your morning Yoga and Meditation session followed by your satvik breakfast and herbal tea. Drop would be arranged for your return at Siliguri Airport / Railway Station.
