Reserving a trip is easy! Simply visit our homepage and use the search bar to enter your destination, travel dates, and any other preferences. Once you find the right option, just follow the prompts to finalize your booking.

At the top right-hand side of the site, you will see a tab with the text “Sign up”. Click on “sign up”, fill in your basic information and click on “create account” button. If you are already a user on www.tifyeco.com, then you can also sign in using your tifyeco id and password.

Yes, we provide pick-up and drop-off services from the airports, train stations, and bus stations.

In order to look into your booking history, refund status, future bookings, credit card details and receive exclusive member-only discounts, it is important that you create a TIFYECO account.

For eco stay bookings, please report lost vouchers to us via phone or email. We would then issue another voucher if it has not already been utilized.

Click on “Sign in” button at the top right-hand side of the site.
From there, you will be redirected to the sign-in page. Click on “forgot password”.
Enter your email id along with the code mentioned on the screen and submit.
You will receive an email from us at your registered id informing you about steps for password reset.
Click on the link you received in your mail and choose your new password.

The username and password are case sensitive. Please check that the “Caps Lock” on your system should be off and try again.
If you are still not able to login then probably you have either mis-typed your username and/or password, or, you might have forgotten your username and/or password. In such a case, please click on the “forgot password” button and you will receive an email from us containing your username and a password reset link. Click on the link and you can then login with your new password.

After signing in, you will see your username being displayed at the top right-hand side of the site. Click on your username and it will redirect you to the “edit profile” page. Make changes as necessary and press “update”.

Your username is created at the time of signing up. This cannot be changed later

Reservations

Yes, we will hold your booking until it is confirmed by the stay owner. 

Yes, as a travel booker or planner, you can easily book travel for other individuals, including non-employees like contractors or external partners, without creating a permanent traveler profile.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your trip, including booking reference numbers and contact information. You can also log in to your account on our website to view and manage your bookings at any time.

Yes, you can make the bookings on our website except for some provinces in Canada and states in the U.S.A

Sign in to your TIFYECO account with your username and password. Click on “My Bookings”, You will see the complete list of past, current, and future travels, as well as status of pending refunds.

Whether a booking is made online or over the phone, a confirmation would be sent to you via e-mail, which would include your reservation number and travel details.

Payments

Yes, you can reserve an eco stay with a 10% deposit. We encourage you to reserve a second booking, as most of the eco stays are sold out well in advance.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For added convenience, you can also choose to pay via PayPal or UPI for Indian stays.

We prioritize transparency, so you won’t face any hidden fees when booking with us. The price you see at checkout is the total amount you’ll pay, aside from any optional extras you choose to add.

Changes & Cancellations

You can modify your business accommodation depending on the booking and cancellation policy you chose during the booking process. Room changes and accommodation duration modifications are available depending on the hotel’s capacities.

You can cancel your booking either through your account or by reaching out to us. Please review the cancellation policy for details.

Accommodation refunds typically take 7-12 business days, flight refunds depend on the airline’s policy, and car rental refunds depend on when you cancel the booking.

Our cancellation policy varies based on the provider and type of booking. You can find detailed information about our policies during the booking process and in your confirmation email. If you have any specific questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
