Day 1: Arrival in Sittong

Pick-up from Airport /Railway Station at Siliguri – Transfer to your Homestay at Sittong region. The backyard of Mahananda Wildlife sanctuary. A cluster of villages famous for its orange orchards, organic lifestyle, friendly and humble villagers and home to more than 300 varieties of birds.

Day 2: Birdwatching Expedition

Get your DSLRs and those telecopic lenses for a guided trip through the region to witness the wings of wonderful colours and be thankful to nature for such a beautiful world. After the day’s trip, head back for a bonfire and barbeque at your homestay, followed by a traditional dinner.

Day 3: Cultural Exploration and Picnic

Its a day for sight seeing excursion of sittong and a packed lunch picnic at the Jogi Ghat river. Head off to Mungpoo to visit the holiday home turned museum of the Nobel Prize awarded Rabindranath Tagore. Bonfire and dinnner at the homestay.

Day 4: Bengal Safari and Shopping Excursion

Checkout after breakfast and headoff to Siliguri. Enroute stop over for a Bengal Safari tour. Spend the evening at siliguri for a shopping excursion at Hong kong market. Enjoy authentic bengali cusine dinner.

Day 5: Departure

Checkout after breakfast to head off for your drop at the Airport / Railway Station.
