Namaste Latpanchar Homestay

One of the newest homestays in Latpanchar offers well-furnished, clean rooms, many of which have large glass windows. The quality of the flooring, furniture, and linens is excellent by the standards of this small mountain hamlet, and the rooms are spacious. The bathroom facilities are modern, clean, and well-equipped, with spotless white towels provided. Most rooms offer good views, and the food is fresh and tasty. As a bird-watching destination, Latpanchar benefits from the knowledgeable bird guide provided by the homestay. The vehicle service, driven by the owner, is reliable and reasonably priced. However, there are some areas for improvement: a few bathrooms are very small, making it difficult to shower comfortably; there should be an option for packed breakfasts for early morning birding; the double beds are too small for two adults; and the portion sizes of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals could be larger. Despite these shortcomings, I can recommend this homestay for a visit to Latpanchar.
